At Funacrylic, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our return policy allows you to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Conditions for Returns
- Returns are accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Non-defective items may be returned, but please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@funacrylic.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For the quickest way to get what you want, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
European Union (EEA) Customers
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and will be issued via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If returned items show signs of use or missing components, a deduction may be made based on actual depreciation in value; you will be notified by email before the refund is processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
